About the Role
DDH1 Drilling is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to support our HR team.
As the Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for the business.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage end-to-end recruitment needs across the business.Perform day-to-day business recruitment needs, including interviewing, booking medicals, candidate reference checking, onboarding document due diligence, and issuing contracts.Maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely recruitment in a fast-paced environment.Deliver inductions to new starters as and when required.Develop a program for candidate care with the new starters.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and both internal and external stakeholders.Develop and maintain strong client relationships with Recruitment Agencies.Coordinate Recruitment system rollout.Work closely with the Perenti HR Services Team and Payroll to onboard new starters.Support the P&C Superintendent in implementing People & Culture initiatives.Prepare and compile reports as required.Provide support to HR and Training as and when required.To be successful in this role, you will need: High-quality communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude that builds relationships with ease.Previous experience in Recruitment in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience working with Success Factors would be advantageous.High level of initiative and a proactive approach to the role.Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, including working independently, frequently under limited supervision.Ability to work under pressure and multi-task to meet strict deadlines.Knowledge of current employment legislation.Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields will be advantageous.Excellent communication skills and ability to respond aptly to sensitive situations.Strong planning, time management and organisation skills.Strong MS Office experience with at least intermediate reporting skills.What's in it for you?
