About the Role

As the Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to a supportive and approachable Talent Manager, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional coordination and customer service while maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Posting job advertisements on multiple job boards and the company website to attract top talent.
Conducting initial candidate screenings to shortlist the best fit for the role.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Responding promptly to candidate inquiries regarding application progress.
Maintaining accurate candidate records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Ensuring all recruitment activities align with privacy and compliance regulations.

About You
Prior experience as a recruitment administrator, administrator or coordinator.
Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Strong attention to detail with high-speed and accurate data processing.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
