About the Job PMG is seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join the team in our Belmont office location.
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Team Lead and working from Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, you will be responsible for the following: Provide support and assistance to the blue-collar recruitment team.
Ensuring onboarding of all new employees is completed within a timely manner so that mobilisation time frames are met Format resumes and include relevant information dependent on trade and background Creating employee folders and saving employee documents according to their naming conventions Liasing with candidates regarding missing documents Document control and filing.
Checking trade qualifications and licences are correct and comply with site requirements.
Complete reference checks, drivers licence checks and background checks Resource for relevant positions where required.
Complete other tasks as delegated by the Recruitment Team Lead.
Requirements: Experience in a similar role dealing with Blue Collar Trades Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills - Ability to priorities workload.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong initiative and able to think outside the box Excellent verbal and written skills Confident and outgoing.
