Join Our Team as a Recruitment Administrator!
Are you a detail-oriented organiser with a forte for multitasking?
We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to help support our business.
This role is vital to maintaining smooth candidate processes and keeping our recruitment engine running, whilst being flexible to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities Include: Administering candidate processes through JobAdder and Excel Screening applications and posting job ads Ensuring candidates meet compliance standards for site readiness Providing post-placement support across the business Support mobilisation, safety and HR Administering candidate qualifications, licences and documentation Update recruitment metrics, trackers and reports About You: 2+ years of experience in administration (recruitment/mobilisation a plus!)
Proficient with database systems and tech-savvy Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a sense of urgency Accuracy with data entry and exceptional organisational skills Skilled in prioritising, time management, working to tight deadlines and high-volume workflows Eager to support mobilisation, safety and HR Proactive, self motivated, demonstrate initiative Ability to follow processes and able to suggest process improvements In this role, you'll be supporting our Directors, Managers, Recruiters and Payroll teams providing top-notch administrative support.
