As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll provide essential support to our recruitment team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You'll thrive in an inclusive, collaborative, and motivating team environment. We offer more than just a job; we provide training and a career where you can expect to:
Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing calendars Maintain and update candidate and client databases Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms Conduct initial screenings and assist with candidate onboarding processes Support the team with administrative tasks and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements Provide outstanding service to both candidates and clients through effective communication and follow-up What you'll need to succeed
