Make a Difference - Join Our Recruitment TeamWe're looking for a stellar Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team!
You'll play a key role supporting our recruitment and HR functions in this 5-month contract based in our Balcatta office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your administrative talents to directly impact people's lives.
By ensuring smooth processes and great candidate experiences, you'll help us attract top talent who share our passion for making a positive difference.
What You'll DoOversee new starter onboarding - coordinate induction sessions and finalize filesManage recruitment compliance - police checks, NDIS checks, etc.Keep personnel records updated and accurateProvide admin support for recruitment and HR projectsHelp maintain candidate databases and tracking systemsWho We're Looking ForThe successful applicant will have:
A detail-oriented approach and stellar organizational abilitiesExceptional data entry and administrative skillsThe ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesExpertise with MS Office SuiteA proactive attitude and eagerness to learnWhy Work With UsWe offer a supportive environment plus:
