This role is responsible for providing administrative support across the Travel Nurse Team, ensuring successful delivery on administrative support across national placements of Nurses within the Travel Nurse business
Key responsibilities include:
Double check all national recruitment documentation for each candidate, advising Consultant of gaps in recruitment documentationCheck & upload all documentation to the Travel Nurse database and corresponding candidate files. This includes but not limited to placement documentation, travel, compliance & recruitment documentationAttend to phone calls and monitor voicemailsReview and action applicable Travel Nurse tasks/projects as directed by Travel Nurse ManagerAssist consultant with candidate travel bookingsFamiliarise and work in accordance with WHS and QMS systems, policies and procedures.Actively identify, develop and implement business process improvements and efficiencies within your areaAssist with reference checksProvide advertising & social media support where required.What you will bring to the role:
