Due to an increased volume of work within our Aged Care team, we are currently looking for a dynamic individual to support this top-performing team.
The role will work alongside a friendly group of consultants and leaders to make a difference within the Aged Care sector by supporting facilities experiencing staffing shortages.The successful candidate will bring a wealth of administration experience to the table along with initiative, a positive attitude, drive, and a friendly demeanor to fit in with the team.
The role will be working within our busy Sydney office which has a fun, positive, and hard-working environment.In this diverse and challenging role you will be required to:Screen candidate resumes and conduct interviews via telephone and video platforms.Post enticing job advertisements to attract top talent.Format CVs to send to clients.Follow a strict compliance process to ensure high levels of candidates for our clients.Ensure the integrity of information that flows through our CRM (JobAdder).Prepare candidates for orientation shifts including printing ID cards, sending full details of site information and protocols, ensuring candidates are prepared for their first day.Conduct pre and post candidate placement checks to ensure candidates are happy prior to starting and when on site to address any issues early.In order to be successful in this role you will:Have excellent attention to detail.Possess outstanding communication skills.Be able to talk to high volumes of candidates via the phone.Be highly organised.Able to work at a fast pace on multiple tasks at any given time.Have a sense of urgency.On offer is the option of full-time employment or a part-time role (3-4 days per week), negotiable salary with bonus opportunities, and company perks including a 4 PM finish on Fridays and excellent company incentive trips and days out.To express your interest in this opportunity, please apply via the Seek application process or email Jen Lawless at ******.
