Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Support Consultant to join their Homecare branch in Hervey Bay. This showroom-based role is pivotal in supporting their external sales representatives, driving growth in the region, and enhancing customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dedicated team, providing essential equipment and solutions to the homecare sector.
As a Sales Support Consultant, you will work closely with the external sales rep covering from metro North to Bundaberg, assisting with walk-in traffic and showroom appointments, quotes and orders, follow-ups, and customer calls, and delivering outstanding service to clients. This position reports directly to the Team Leader and plays a vital role in maintaining strong client connections.
Key Responsibilities
Implement visit plans, coordinate appointments, and follow up on all customer interactions. Serve as the primary internal contact, manage inquiries, and communicate promotions across accounts. Offer product expertise and solutions, handle trial bookings, and ensure thorough follow-up on all customer interactions (full training provided). Manage and coordinate equipment logistics with the Brisbane warehouse. Essential Experience Required
Solid experience in sales or customer relations role, with a proven record of exceeding customer service expectations. Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, with strong problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Experience with sales cycles and managing pipelines is ideal. Ability to obtain a Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and have a valid driver's license. Enthusiastic about healthcare, customer-focused, reliable, and solutions-oriented.
