Position: Medical Workforce Advisor
Part Time Fixed Term positionUp to 5 weeks annual leave & salary packagingWork with a friendly, supportive and collaborative teamThe Medical Workforce Unit is a collaborative team, supporting both the junior and senior medical workforce.
Reporting to the Medical Workforce Manager and working closely with a small team, you will be responsible for all operational functions relating to doctors.
Although you will ideally have had experience in healthcare and/or workforce management, we will train and develop you in all relevant areas of workforce management at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
The breadth of activities undertaken within the Medical Workforce Team will ensure you remain challenged and continue to learn and develop through your career with us.
