This position will be based at our Head Office inKnowsleyworking Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Your day-to-day tasks will be to support the Recruitment Manager in delivering an excellent candidate experience and meeting staffing levels required to support the business.

Your role will include: Assist with managing PAYE vacancies across the full recruitment cycle including sourcing/advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and stakeholder management Proactive sourcing of talent to build and maintain talent pipelines of suitable candidates Recruit and select in line with job specifications and requirements Maintains processes and procedures relating to selection and recruitment, worker status and agencies in line with legislation Support with Ad-Hoc administrative duties Experience: Previous experience of recruitment, either in-house or with a recruitment agency Excellent communicating skills both face to face and over the telephone Ability to manage multiple workloads. IT Literate Good understanding of checking legal right to work in the UK, desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
