We are currently seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a contract role, working with one of our established clients.

Whether you come from an agency, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or in-house recruitment background, we welcome the opportunity to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and develop customised recruitment strategies.
Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent, leveraging a variety of channels and platforms.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and culture fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment journey.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver strategic solutions and drive business success.
Qualifications: Previous experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
Genuine interest in learning and development, with a desire to grow both personally and professionally.
Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
Your ability to work as part of a successful team, partner with clients, be curious and provide solutions will be key to your success in this role.
