We are seeking a dedicated recruiter to hire one contractor per week for each of our three businesses: Cleaner Co, Detailer Co, and Gardener Co. The recruiter will manage the entire hiring process from candidate sourcing to trial evaluation and contract signing. In return, you'll have your home cleaned, car detailed, and garden maintained by our new contractors as part of your compensation.
Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Outreach:Source candidates for each company (cleaners for Cleaner Co, detailers for Detailer Co, gardeners for Gardener Co).Ensure candidates have an ABN, valid police check, sufficient experience, their own equipment, and reliable transport.Initial Call & Document Collection:Conduct an initial phone interview with each candidate.Gather necessary documents (ABN, police check, CV) before moving forward.Trial Setup & Assessment:Schedule a 30-minute trial at the candidate's property to evaluate their skills (cleaning, detailing, or gardening).Assess their performance and suitability for the role.Onboarding & Contract:Explain the role, responsibilities, and expectations to the candidate.Ensure the contract is signed and any final onboarding steps are completed.Compensation & Benefits: Service Exchange: In exchange for each successful hire, the recruiter will receive free services:
A home clean, car detail, or garden tidy (depending on the contractor hired). 30 minutes per trial valued at $30 for Cleaner Co, $50 for Detailer Co, and $50 for Gardener Co.Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment or hiring. Bonus if in the service industry.Strong communication skills for phone and in-person assessments.Ability to screen candidates for reliability, professionalism, and skills.Comfortable with coordinating logistics and managing documents.Job Type: ContractContract length: 24 months
