Overview We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team and help us find exceptional talent. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the hiring process from start to finish, working closely with managers to understand hiring needs, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies. Stay updated on company goals and staffing needs. Use various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to find qualified candidates. Screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and present top candidates to hiring managers. Coordinate interviews and manage schedules for hiring managers and candidates. Guide candidates through each stage of the process and provide timely feedback. Help promote the company's employer brand through job ads, social media, and networking. Monitor and report on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and other recruitment metrics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 2+ years of recruiting experience. Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills in both languages. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple openings and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
