Key Responsibilities: Engage in the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, with a focus on learning best practices.Source candidates through various channels, including databases and social media, to build a pipeline of qualified professionals.Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and motivation, providing detailed summaries for further review.Perform reference checks, background screenings, and other pre-employment verifications as needed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our JobAdder CRM, ensuring all data is documented and organised.Participate in recruitment team meetings, contributing ideas to support and improve recruitment strategies and processes.Track key recruitment metrics, such as pipeline progress and time-to-hire, and prepare regular reports to guide team decisions.Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into team needs, ideal candidate profiles, and role-specific requirements to enhance recruitment efforts.Why Join Us?
