This role is based at our Brisbane office on a part time basis, reporting directly to the Principal Partner.About youExperience Have proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education Desired qualifications include: Certificate IV or diploma of Human Resource Managemnet Bussiness Administration Key responsibilities include Identifying, attracting, and securing top talent, thereby enhancing team performance and culture.
