The Recruiter is a commercially focused role which provides a professional recruitment service to both EPlus employers and participants. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Proactively build and maintain employer relationshipsTake time to understand our employers' businesses, their employment needs and processesEngage job-ready candidates to make the most of employment opportunities presentedMatch employers with the right candidates to achieve sustainable employment outcomesAchieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the roleAbout youThe ideal candidate will have:
