Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the main purpose of this position is to develop and grow revenue & profitability of the branch and ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations across all branch activities. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring all established practices and all policies are adhered to Ensuring all client and candidate relationships are maintained Identify new sales opportunities Account management of existing clients ensuring they are in line with business goals and objectives Ensure branch operations return profit margins and deliver revenue targets The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for: Experience in working in a fast paced and high volume environment Understanding of the local employment market and challenges involved in our business The ability to establish and nurture long lasting business relationships A high level of self-motivation and resilience Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Natural sales ability Excellent time management A tenacious, passionate and results driven mindset The role will be based in the Labourpower office in Gillman, 5013 and may at times require travel to multiple client sites. As such it is essential that you have a car and current drivers licence.
