We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract in Melbourne, Australia, to help us find top-tier talent that will drive our success. If you're excited about recruiting, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a knack for building relationships, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:Focus on sourcing top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing methods, to build a diverse talent pipeline.Review and screen applicants, ensuring alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and initial outreach through to interviews, feedback, and extending offers.Work closely with hiring managers to provide updates, align on priorities, and ensure an efficient and collaborative recruitment process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.What You Bring:1+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Proven ability or aptitude to source and qualify a diverse pool of candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, resume reviews, and innovative sourcing methods.Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and stakeholders.A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and support special projects as needed.A sense of ownership and initiative, with the ability to work effectively and independently while managing multiple priorities.A strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and a results-driven mindset.What we bring:The potential for extension or permanent opportunities.A unique product that makes an actual impact on the local businesses you love and support.Free snacks and drinks, which are always stocked up.You'll find Podium in the Queen & Collins building with access to end of trip facilities, bike storage and lockers, a cocktail bar and a brand new Podium Australia HQ.Podium is an equal opportunity employer and we pride ourselves on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
