About The Opportunity Some of your responsibilities will include:
Assess and treat clients in their own homes to carry out rehabilitation programs aimed at improving functional independence and quality of life. Provide face-to-face and occasional tele-support to clients in community settings, including hydrotherapy, land-based exercises, and group homes. Deliver exercise and behaviour change advice to clients living with disability or chronic/complex conditions. Offer targeted education for clients, carers, and staff as required. Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders, including timely reports and exercise plans. Collaborate efficiently with the team to ensure best practice and integrated client care. About You The successful candidate will have:
Accreditation with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) SIRA Workers Compensation Approval Number (or willingness to obtain). A demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a multi-disciplinary team. High-level skills in developing exercise physiology supports for a diverse range of complex conditions.
