About The Opportunity As the Service Advisor, your primary purpose will be to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.

Managing incoming job requests and creating repair orders Attaching parts to repair orders and issuing them to technicians Following up on all open retail, insurance, and warranty claims Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all service transactions About You The successful candidate will have:
