About The Opportunity As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the crews and maintaining excellent client relationships. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Plant Foreman/Supervisors and Crews. Assist with job cost analysis and comparing bid vs. build for projects. Assist in the preparation and queries of accurate tender processes and related documentation. Provide timely documentation to customers, including SWMS, Toolbox Talks, and Service Records. Organise and schedule works, including coordinating subcontractors, source and order materials. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to enhance J&E Asphalt's reputation and foster strong working relationships. About You The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in the same or similar role. A strong understanding of asphalt construction, including the ability to read plans and knowledge of specifications and applications. Excellent written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience in maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements. You will also have:
Knowledge of local contractors and businesses (strongly preferred). A current driver's license and relevant industry licenses/certifications. What's in it for You?
