The Opportunity
Alongside the Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead, inspire, and guide a talented team to deliver exceptional service across all dining and event spaces. This is an exciting opportunity to combine operational management with team development, whilst ensuring every guest experience is outstanding.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of dining outlets and events, ensuring exceptional service.
Lead, train, and motivate the Food and Beverage team to meet and exceed expectations.
Drive operational objectives, including COGS, payroll control, and budget alignment.
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, workplace health, and safety regulations.

About YouMinimum 2 years' experience in an Assistant Manager or Duty Manager role within hospitality.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Exceptional customer service orientation in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
Strong business acumen, including experience with budgets and cost controls.
Proficient in computer systems and communication.
Knowledge of liquor licensing and safety regulations.
Previous experience in a golf or member-based club (highly regarded).
