The Role:
Join the thriving community at Gawler Sport and Community Centre! As a Skate-Inspired Recreation Attendant, you will be responsible for:
Demonstrate excellent skating abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for patrons.
Providing support services to the center and patrons under the guidance of the Recreation Customer Service Supervisor
Ensuring the safety of patrons and responding to first aid situations.
Delivering a safe and enjoyable skating experience to program users.
Assisting in organizing and catering for skating birthday parties.
Effective communication with center and program users to ensure positive outcomes.
Promoting the Town of Gawler and its Aquatic and Recreation Services and Programs.
Delivering key responsibilities with guidance from your Recreation Customer Service Supervisor and complying with Council policies, procedures, and relevant legislative requirements.
Qualifications you will need:
Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
Working With Children Check
Skating Experience
Child Safe Environments/Mandated Notification Training (or willing to get one)
