Competitive Salary: Band 4 - $72,796pro rata + 11.5% superannuation
Location: Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with the flexibility to work from home

About the Role: This position reports to the Recreation and Events Coordinator andprovides administrative support to the Recreation and Events team. The role will have a focus on high quality customer service, administration support and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for:
Administration and support for recreation, filming and events Assist the team with permits, bookings and data collection Customer service to internal and external stakeholders Support process and system improvements Monitor and assist to implement actions and outcomes identified within strategic documents Support the team to foster positive relationships with key agencies, sports clubs and community groups Assist with community engagement activities, forums and workshops Key Selection Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:
