We are seeking committed individuals with an interest in working in mental health support across our programs.
Duties include: Assist with completing domestic household duties.Support clients in navigating mental distress.Support clients in implementing recovery goals and plans.Coaching in and access to social activities & life skills activities.Maintaining and enhancing clients' practical skills to promote independence and maintain positive living arrangements.Shopping, meal preparation & dietary well-being.We offer our staff a generous range of benefits including: Above award pay.Personal development and training opportunities.About You We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are passionate about supporting our clients to successfully live independently in the community.
To be successful in this role, applicants will need a Cert IV in Mental Health (will consider current students studying towards the certificate), preferably with demonstrated work experience in mental health.

Mandatory Requirements The successful candidate must also be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and a National Police Check, have a current First Aid Certificate, and a current WA Drivers Licence and vehicle.
