About the Role The role assists the Coordinator and Area Manager with the supervision and administration of the NDIS support service.
It supports the ongoing development of an effective, cohesive staff team whilst providing support for peoples' self-managed recovery.
A significant portion of the role involves use of RFQ's client information management system to ensure service delivery accurately reflects our service agreements with NDIS participants'.
This includes aiding the supervision the roster to ensure Award compliance.
You will also meet KPI's for timely administration of NDIS billing and procedures.
The position also requires being a part of a monthly on call roster.
