Parks Victoria is looking for a Regional Recovery Planner to be part of the Northern Region!
Be part of the recovery of parks and the environment after flood eventsWork in a supportive and collaborative teamAbout the role As the recovery planner, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of recovery works and activities within the region. This includes delivery planning, financial and limited resource management (human resources, facilities, assets, systems and staff training and development) in accordance with Parks Victoria's policies, procedures and objectives. You will also be responsible for coordinating a function that is adaptable, flexible and responsive to community needs and key stakeholder expectations. As the recovery planner you will be supported by expertise, advice and planning through the Regional Recovery Team, Regional Area of Work Coordinator (Visitor Experiences and Historic Heritage) and District Operations Coordinators.
We're looking for someone with: Tertiary qualification in Science, Business and/or equivalent experience in a similar field is desirable.Demonstrated high level judgement experience in analytical problem solving and decision making.Experience in Project Management.Your application will need to include: A current ResumeParks Victoria's vision is to be a world-class parks service, ensuring healthy parks for healthy people.
