THE OPPORTUNITY As part of our diverse team based in Sydney CBD, Parramatta, or Tweed Heads , you will help make a positive impact on someone's life every day. This role will provide high quality support and intervention to workers and employers who have lodged psychological injury claims caused by alleged bullying and harassment. This role will work closely with the case manager for the first 14 weeks of the claim; supporting the worker with mediation between with their employer and access suitable treatment to facilitate sustainable return to work outcomes. This will be a full time, contract ending December 2025 position based in the Sydney CBD, Parramatta, or Tweed Heads, with flexibility to work from home. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively resolve workplace conflict related to psychological claims caused by alleged bullying and harassment through mediation and effective communication with workers and employers Facilitate early access to treatment and other required service providers promote faster recovery, resolution of workplace conflict and return to work Develop and action early intervention plans focused on achieving key objectives on the claim including timely and sustainable return to work Collaborate effectively with Case Managers, Technical and Injury Management Specialists, and Team Leaders to support claims management ABOUT YOU Experience or qualifications in mediation, facilitated workplace discussions or conflict resolution Ability to identify and resolve problems by taking action consistent with using information and evidence gathered from different sources Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a range of communication mediums Ability to build productive relationships and meet stakeholder needs WHAT WE OFFER We stand together as equals.
