Join us as a Recover@Work Partner and make a meaningful impact by guiding, coaching, and supporting our team through work and non-work related challenges, while navigating the nuances of Workers Compensation in early learning.
Your Impact:
Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Management: Apply early intervention strategies, manage claims, develop Recover@Work plans, and ensure compliance with State and Territory legislation
Technical Advice and Legislation Application: Provide technical advice on Workers Compensation legislation and its application in the early learning environment, ensuring compliance and educating staff
Stakeholder Engagement and Support: Engage with employees, managers, insurers, and medical professionals to facilitate effective case management and support complex rehabilitation and recovery processes
Communication and Training: Coach and mentor teams on return-to-work matters, respond to advice requests, and provide updates and education on workers' compensation and Recover@Work principles
Data Management and Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry, monitor trends, provide detailed reports, and use data insights to improve claims management and rehabilitation outcomes

You'll bring to the table:
Essential:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in injury management and workers compensation management, multiple jurisdictional knowledge
Current Return to Work Coordinator (RTWC) certification.
Working with Children Check (BlueCard)
Desirable:
Tertiary qualifications in Injury Management or Health and Safety.
