If you are an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisation and communication skills, and have a background in record management, archiving and sentencing, this could be the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team for a temporary contract. Your new role You will be responsible for: Providing sound advice to stakeholders on the management of records including associated legislation, standards and policies. Assisting in the management, maintenance and usage of records, both physical and digital documents, using record systems and processes. Escalating complex issues to team leaders as appropriate. What you'll need to succeed As the successful candidate, you will have skills and demonstrated experience in the following: Experience interpreting, applying and utilising record management systems, frameworks and best practice, applying sound judgement in instances where guidance is not available. Strong computer literacy and ability to use a variety of systems, including Content Manager, Share Point, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Skype. Awareness of relevant legislation and Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) standards and guidelines. Commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for clients.
