About the role The Records Manager will play a lead role in supporting Metro Tunnel Project Office in implementing and maintaining efficient and effective records and document management systems and associated procedures that meet regulatory, corporate and best practice requirements. This role requires a strong ability to work independently in a complex project environment.

Key accountabilities In consultation with relevant business stakeholders improve and maintain MTPO's CM folder structure, promote good records management practice, and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop, improve, and maintain MTPOs records management processes and procedures including the management of records in MTPO business systems of record. Develop and maintain RMS access protocols, and ensure they are understood and applied accurately and reviewed periodically. Manage the relevant requests received in the Helpdesk, ensuring all requests are responded to and closed-out within set time frames. Manage and maintain MTPO records and metadata ensuring high level quality controls. Manage, implement, and operationalise the digitisation plan and relevant processes on behalf of MTPO. Manage MTPO's records disposal program. Manage a high performing Records Management Team in achieving its goals. Create and maintain good working relationships, including representing MTPO at records management related focus/working groups. Manage classification and identification of Retention and Disposal Authorities applicable to MTPO's records. About you You bring a proven track record in digital records management and a deep understanding of the Public Records Act and PROV Recordkeeping Standards.
