Lime Recruitment is currently recruiting multiple Records Management Support Officers for a large Qld Government for contracts through to June 2025, with possible 6 month extensions.
The roles are based in the Brisbane CBD office with a hybrid working arrangement with a couple of days working from home.
The hourly payrate for these roles is $52.52 plus super, based on a 40 hour week.
In this role you will: Provide support and guidance to customers in their document and records management activities to ensure a lawful, efficient, effective, flexible and client-focused approach is provided.
Such activities include mail, document, scanning, file, archive, quality and disaster management.
Provide support and assist in undertaking activities in the implementation, maintenance and reporting related to departmental records management policies, procedures, standards, industry trends, systems and guidelines in accordance with departmental requirements, including the provision of 2nd level support.
Promote the full range of records management services and resources available through all support channels, including telephone, online chat, web requests and email requests from customers.
Responsibilities include: Proactively and professionally respond in a highly customer-outcome focused way to records management requests received directly, and to requests passed from 1st level records management support officers, in the application of records management information and resources available policies, procedures and systems Work autonomously, in a team environment and manage workloads to ensure that deadlines, commitments and a quality responsive client service is maintained.
Participate in a performance measurement framework and participate in the facilitation of a feedback system to team members on issues such as customer service, communication and records management skills, to enhance the quality of support delivered.
Liaising with customers and branch team members to provide status updates and feedback.
Work within agreed priorities and work independently on routine tasks to ensure the provision of quality, responsive client service.
Promote effective and efficient communication within the unit and work both independently, and in a team environment, to ensure that deadlines and commitments are achieved.
Perform a variety of other administrative and support services.
You must have previous experience in the record management support field to be considered for this role.
