Join our growing law firm to help digitise client records and improve client services across our 5 offices.Full-time fixed term position until November 2025Work Full Time Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pmFriendly and supportive team environmentPrior Law is seeking a Records Digitisation Clerk to provide reliable and confidential document scanning and record digitisation services from our Gippsland office based in Morwell, Victoria.Use our high speed document scanning technology to capture high-quality records efficiently and securely as a 12 month fixed-employee while being part of an inclusive and motivated team.The key responsibilities will include:Digitise physical files using scanning equipmentApply quality assurance processes ensuring complete and accurate images of physical client records are createdRegistration and classification of digitised information into the Electronic Document Records Management SystemPrepare physical files for scanning and assist with retrieval and re-filing of physical client filesEnsure the confidentiality and security of client information is maintained at all times.Experience and attributes required:Familiar with Microsoft Office and Adobe productsAble to maintain concentration whilst doing basic repetitive workDiligent and have an eye for detailProven ability to follow procedures correctlyAwareness of confidentiality requirementsAble to pick up new skills quicklyMaintain accuracy while meeting KPI objectivesAbility to work autonomously as well as being an active team playerThis position requires the applicant to possess very good organisational skills.Classification for this position will be LSA Level 1 ($50,797.50 per annum) plus 11.5% super and annual leave loading.To be considered for this role your application including a cover letter supporting your application and addressing the above role responsibilities must be provided.
