The role The newly created role of Records, Data Governance & Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation of South East Water's enterprise data governance framework, tools and processes. This role will ensure the efficient and effective management of SEW's data and records across their lifecycle in line with our Framework and legislative requirements.
The role will work closely with the business to support records management and data governance and management and provide support for various information management activities in support of the SEW Data and Information Governance Framework and Strategy.
Who are you? The successful candidate for this role will possess tertiary qualifications, preferably in information management or equivalent, with demonstrable experience and knowledge of records management, including data governance, knowledge management and relevant legislation.
With a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for what they do, the candidate we're seeking will relish working within a team to support progress of the implementation of our information strategy and governance frameworks program of works and working with the business to share information and expertise, supporting the uplift of the organisation's understanding and practical application of its data governance framework.
Though not deemed essential, experience working in a Victorian or other State, Territory or Federal Government agency would be well regarded.
