Randstad is currently recruiting experienced Records Administrators. Multiple positions are available and the duration of assignments range between 3-6 months with a high view for extension.The location of work is Adelaide CBD. Days of work are Monday-Friday and Pay Rates for these roles range between $36-$40 per hour. These are diverse roles within dynamic teams. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain physical and electronic records in accordance with policies and legal requirements
Organise, categorise, and index records for easy retrieval and ensure proper storage of sensitive information
Ensure the timely destruction or archiving of outdated records
Assist in preparing records for audits and compliance reviews
Assist in the implementation of records management policies and procedures
Contribute the efficient flow of information and documentation
Maintain confidentiality and security of all records
Some switchboard operation
General administration duties and support to wider team
Desired Skills/Experience:
Experience in compliance and legal documentation
Experience as a Records Administrator or in a similar role.
Knowledge of records management systems and practices.
Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to records management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and records management software
Ability to manage large volumes of information.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
To be successful you will be immediately available and meet the above criteria. Previous experience within government will be highly regarded.
