THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Record Management Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a 5 day/week onsite role based in Melbourne's CBD, with cross training provided across our other lines of service such as Print and Mail.
Key Responsibilities: Liaise with offsite storage facility (Iron Mountain) to facilitate efficient control of both on and off-site collection and delivery of physical filesCollect, deliver and register new files, box lodgements, retrievals and returnsProvide information, advice and guidance to staff across the organisation to ensure correct records management procedures are adhered toUndertake and/or direct specific records management tasks and projectsEfficient and effective Records Management service delivery, by managing all incoming correspondence, in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements, policies and proceduresSkills & Qualifications Experience working in a professional services industryHighly proficient in the use of Content Manager or similar EDRMSWell-developed understanding of electronic records management techniques including file retrievals, archiving and storageAny experience in mail or print room will be highly advantageousBENEFITS: In house training and development and Generous Educational Assistance policy.Employee Discounts through our "Gold Pass" rewards platform.Income Protection and Life Insurance.Salary Packaging & Novated Leasing available.OUR COMMITMENT Diversity & Inclusion Respecting diversity is the foundation of everything that we do at FBAU.
