ABOUT THE ROLEReconnect Coordinator – Be the Catalyst for Positive Change!

As our Reconnect Coordinator, you'll drive the success of the Reconnect Program, empowering individuals in regional communities to find new pathways to employment and education. Selected Duties: You will be responsible for supervising, guiding, coaching, and mentoring the Reconnect team to meet Wodonga TAFE goals.Tasks will also include contributing to the development and interpretation of policies as they apply to the Reconnect Program outcomes, as well as to the Institute.The Reconnect role provides expert advice to the Manager on program risks and key milestones.In this role, you'll work with staff to set priorities and drive continuous improvement, helping identify and develop ways to enhance services. You'll champion innovative methods to implement the Reconnect Program effectively, all within a supportive environment.ABOUT YOUSkills & Experience Essential: Relevant Degree and relevant postgraduate qualification and experience; or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience with management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Essential: Excellent computer skills in the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Desirable: Community Services industry qualification, Career Education Qualifications, Management/Leadership training and/or Project Management qualification and/or experience.Your values align to ours - Integrity + Respect, Community + Collaboration and Creativity + Innovation.ABOUT USWodonga TAFE provides quality education and training across Australia.
