TwoScots are working with a large leading ASX listed company who are looking for an experienced Reconciliations Officer to join the Accounts Payable Department. Situated within recently refurbished offices they are located very close to Southern Cross Station.

You will be responsible for:
Ensuring suppliers accounts are reconciled to their statements on a timely mannerInvestigation of issues and variances, ensuring discrepancies are resolved promptly with the supplierEnsuring escalation procedures are followed on a timely mannerCoordinating various other tasks within the accounts payable departmentCommunicating effectively with various areas of the businessEnsuring that suppliers queries are dealt with promptlySKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Strong reconciliation skills and experienceExperience reconciling supplier statements is essentialIntermediate Excel SkillsHigh volume of invoice processingExceptional attention to detailStrong communication is essentialHOW TO APPLY:
