Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Reconciliations Analyst to join our finance team. The Reconciliations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records through the execution of regular reconciliations. This role involves reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, investigating variances, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues. The Reconciliations Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting timely financial reporting.
Your role as Reconciliations Analyst will include: Account reconciliationsBank reconciliationsTransaction monitoring and investigationVariance analysisProcess improvementReporting and documentationCompliance and internal controlsAudit supportCross-functional collaborationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in reconciliations, financial analysis, or accounting.Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365, etc.).Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with large datasets and perform complex reconciliations.Familiarity with banking and payment systems.Attention to Detail: Ability to detect and correct errors in large amounts of financial data.Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple reconciliations and meet tight deadlines.Initiative: Proactively identifies issues and suggests improvements to current processes.Additional InformationIf you are a proactive, energetic finance professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organization, we would love to hear from you.
