You are a pace-setter, comfortable moving with speed and safety, with an innate sense of hunger and hustle to get things done.As a Recommerce Team Member in Operations, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of inbound and outbound goods, taking responsibility for ensuring that all products are received, processed, and prepared for sale, and then dispatched to customers on order.We believe that every touch point is an opportunity to show customers how much we love what we do and care a lot (which is one of our values!). Even if you haven't used these exact systems, you may have been used similar platforms, such as warehouse management systems.This role is physical and will require lifting, carrying and standing for periods of time.Responsibilities in this roleInspect and process incoming items for resale.Accurately sort, categorise, and price products to maximise their second life.Maintain organised inventory and storage areas to optimise space and reduce waste.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.Adhere to and promote safety protocols and procedures.It's not essential, but we would also love to know if you have any of the following:Familiarity with sustainable practices and principles.Knowledge of product repair and refurbishment techniques.First Aid certification.This is a casual role based at our Circular Precinct and may involve working some weekends.
