Wants to work alongside, be apart of and contribute in a team of 5 other Physio's, 3 Exercise Physiologist, Massage therapist and Dietitian
Wants personal access to the Director and Senior Physios regarding professional development and mentoring
Want to utilize the skillset of the Director and Senior Physio's to their benefit or is currently frustrated with the mentorship provided by their current clinic
Benefit from paid for external professional development from industry experts
Wants to grow personally and professionally from individualized mentoring or feels they have stagnated at their current clinic
Looking to step into an existing caseload
The Role:
Ideally we are looking for a Full-time Physiotherapist to step into an existing caseload however may consider part-time for the right candidate.
Your caseload will be primarily musculoskeletal, with a mix of some neurological conditions and adolescent developmental conditions as well as some Pilates if you are experienced in this area.
Fortnightly 60min mentoring by the Director with 11years clinical experience and 10 years experiences as a business owner for clinical case reviews and hands on skills
Fortnightly 60min mentoring by the Senior Physiotherapist with 16years clinical private practice experience for clinical case reviews and hands on skills
Fortnightly group PD for 60min with all Physio's and Ex Phys
Fortnightly group PD from external presenter who is a industry expert with all Physio's and Ex Phys
Professional development allowance to attend courses to upskill and refresh skills
Annual salary package will range from $90,000 - $135,000 pro rata including your base salary, superannuation, PD budget and bonus's
Bonus remuneration will be ontop of this and range depending on experience level
Be supported by a full compliment administration staff - Practice Manager, NDIS Liaison, Accounts Manager and full receptionist roster.

We aim to give our patient the full consult time and deliver the best hands on therapy and targeted exercise based rehabilitation we can.
We utilize Kinvent - real time biofeedback tools to assess, treat and guide our clinical therapy.
Our approach is to give the clients the full consult treatment time consisting of a mixture of hands on therapy types, including manual therapy, massage, trigger point work, acupuncture/dry needling and strapping.
We also adjunct our therapy with targeted Exercise prescription and Pilates/gym-based rehabilitation to effectively treat musculoskeletal dysfunction.
We have private treatment rooms we consult out of (no curtains dividing rooms) each with its own air-conditioning, ceiling speakers, phone and desktop.
We have an onsite Pilates Studio which we run 25+ classes a week from aswell as do 1-1 Pilates sessions and Exercise Based Rehab.
We are situated next to the ifeelgood 24/7 gym which provides us free entry for ourselves personally and to train / assess our clients.
We have onsite kitchenette and toilet.

Unrestricted Australian working rights
Full AHPRA registration
Professional indemnity and liability insurance
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multimodal health team
Experience and/or willingness to build networks and referral bases
Own reliable vehicle with current driver's licence
Proficient with paperless note recording and ability to effectively self-manage own diary (preferable
Previous professional development in?Clinical Pilates - Equipment based is also preferable (training will be provided as needed)
