About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist who thrives in an autonomous work environment to provide top-notch administrative and office support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the first interaction.
What you'll be doing First Impressions: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.Communication Management: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and mail, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.Office Cleanliness:  Maintain a tidy and organized office area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the company.Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.Operational Support: Support office operations by ordering supplies, managing inventory, and handling logistics.Independent Work Style:  Ability to take initiative and work autonomously, demonstrating strong ownership of tasks and projects.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.What we're looking for Preferred Experience: Experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred.Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and quickly adaptable to data entry software.Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Organisational Ability: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Professionalism and Discretion: High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.Teamwork and Attitude: Positive attitude and a team player with a strong work ethic.What we offer
