Currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator, this role is perfect for someone with a great attitude looking to get a foot in the door in Real Estate
The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a position for a bright & bubbly individual to be the face and voice of a high performing team. Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking someone to be the first point of contact for a friendly team. You will be responsible for:

Monday – Friday Meet & greet clients & answering calls Prepare files for new listings Administration for both sales & property management team Diary management Co-ordinate stationery supplies Attend meetings & training sessions The Candidate: Previous experience in administration is advantageous A keen interest in Real Estate Outstanding communication skills, be good with numbers, time management and attention to detail Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality Possess a 'can do' attitude & be a great team player The Benefits: Monday - Friday Position Excellent progression into Real Estate Fantastic well-known brand Supportive team Easy street parking Multiple Office Network To Apply: Hannah Shaw on0404 609 918
