Receptionist Wanted For Riverfront Hotel In Kangaroo Point (Sponsorship Available)

We are seeking a friendly and experienced receptionist to work at our stunning riverfront hotel in Kangaroo Point. As a receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring that they have an enjoyable stay.
We are looking for a candidate who is available to work 5 days per fortnight (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday). The ideal candidate will have experience working as a receptionist in a 4-5 star hotel environment and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Core Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive Check guests in and out of the hotel Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities Make reservations and handle cancellations Process payments and maintain accurate records Prepare cleaners roster and linen order Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements: Previous experience working as a receptionist in a 4-5 star hotel environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to think quickly and solve problems promptly Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team We offer a competitive salary and a great work environment.
