Foundation Christian College is seeking expressions of interest for an enthusiastic Student Services Administrator for a full-time role commencing in Term 1, 2025.
We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist/Student Services Officer to join our team for the 2025 school year.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our school, providing excellent customer service to students, parents, staff, and visitors.
This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role is an important part of Foundation Christian College (FCC) and Student Services is involved in the day-to-day operations of a busy office environment.
Sound public relations and positive liaison skills are required to promote a professional image of the College.
Student Services reports to the Business Manager and the role may require you to provide additional support when needed in Administration and to Executive staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
Provide administrative support to the school's Student Services department, including assisting with student records, attendance, and correspondence.
Monitor and attend Students Services and the Sick Bay by providing basic first aid as required.
Handle inquiries from students and parents, offering support and information on a wide range of school-related matters.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure all information is handled with discretion.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within a school or educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with school management systems is desirable.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Current First Aid, Working With Children Check, National Police Clearance.

Conditions of Employment
Remuneration for this position will be determined dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.
