The Rego Shop is seeking a talented and customer-focused Receptionist/Service Advisor to join our team in Port Macquarie, NSW. This full-time role will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing business.
What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries Scheduling and managing client appointments and bookings Maintaining accurate records and data entry Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the business Providing advice and guidance to customers on our products and services What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the retail or service industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Competent in using standard office software and technology A positive, reliable and adaptable approach to work What we offer At The Rego Shop, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and collaborative work environment.
