Our client, a dynamic company in the healthcare sector, is looking for a responsible individual with exceptional customer service skills to join their administrative team.
TasksGreet patients upon arrival at the clinic.Organize and confirm appointments.Answer phone calls, assist patients, and manage their file follow-up.Prepare and organize files according to the daily schedule.Manage the processing of computerized files.Perform any other tasks related to the position.AdvantagesParking available.Collective insurance.Nice uniform provided after 3 months.Job requirementsDiploma in secretarial studies / office administration.At least 1 year of experience in medical clinics.Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative agent.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).Excellent command of both French and English to effectively communicate with the French and English-speaking Canadian clientele on a daily basis.Experience with the Medesync system is an asset.Desired profileConcern for the quality of the work to be performed.Team player and proactive.Strong sense of initiative.Ability to adapt quickly to change.Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.This opportunity allows you to join a dynamic and qualified team and build a long-term career!
