The position, but not limited to: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and contractors with a high level of professionalism Answer and redirect phone calls promptly and professionally Maintain the presentation of reception and surrounding areas Manage meeting room bookings including service, set up and pack down as required Ensure reception is attended at all times, and coverage is arranged when required Receive, sort and distribute daily incoming deliveries Entering invoices and assisting with administrative support to Trust Account Manager Administrative support to the Property Management division in way of tenant and owner communication and following up on maintenance items Updating ingoing Property Condition Reports for new Tenancies Order staff amenities and kitchen supplies and keep stock of inventory Assist the Operations Manager when required Ideal Candidate: Real estate experience ishighly advantageous Outstanding verbal and written communication High energy, vibrant and enthusiastic Positive, friendly can-do attitude & team player Excellent time management & organizational skills Exceptional communication & negotiation skills Immaculate corporate presentation How to Apply:
