With a local based portfolio and plenty of training and development, your day to day responsibilities will include:
Assist the Property Management team with all relative administrationAnswering phone calls & directing them to the relevant peopleEnsuring the front of office is maintained and kept at a high standardAssist in preparing lease documents & lease sign upsTraining to become a Property ManagerThe Candidate: Minimal experience requiredBe open to obtaining or already hold a QLD Certificate of Registration & Driver's LicenseExceptional organisational and time management skillsA strong team player and happy to offer support when neededExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalMust be immaculately presentedMust be energetic & have a can-do attitude!To Apply: Please call Olivia Haynes on 0400 171 726 or email your CV to ****** All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
